Hidden inside the charming Walker Hotel Greenwich Village, Society Cafe is a new market-to-table American restaurant by rising-star chef, Christopher Zabita. Chef Zabita's training in award-winning restaurants such as Victoria and Alberts, Bar Boulud and Marc Forgione has prepared him for his new passion project at Society Cafe as he takes the helm of the kitchen as Executive Chef.
Relying on the purveyors at the nearby Union Square Green Market where he personally shops 4-days per week, Chef Zabita has created an evolving, seasonal American menu that is sustainable and locally sourced. His personal relationships with local New York and New Jersey farmers, combined with his unwavering commitment to quality shines through in every dish.
