For the menu, Executive Chef Christopher Zabita, a Bar Boulud and Marc Forgione alumn, where he held Executive Sous Chef title for the last 7 years, brings his experience in creating and building 5 Star Diamond Award properties, Michelin Star restaurants and his rolodex of local farmers and tri-state area purveyors to Society Café. The ever changing and evolving menu is focused on local seasonal cuisine, with Chef Christopher Zabita sourcing locally from Union Square Green Market three days a week.
